This was their very first photoshoot together and they did so great. I typically like to give the couple some distance as I take photographs and they were naturals. It was evident in the chemistry and love they shared for one another.

We chatted about how they met, their families, the bond they have for one another, and what their future would look like together. I’ve known Lia for years… ironically enough, she introduced me to my partner and I will forever be thankful to her for her unknowing blessing she brought to my own life. To see her so happy, at peace, and in the hands of a man who loves her unconditionally and effortlessly is truly heartwarming.

Ever so often we hope that our special moment will cone when we meet our person and that imagination becomes reality.. to know “wow, this is my person”. . but to be a friend or family member see that moment take place for the person you love can sometimes be even more heartwarming.

Going into photography, I’ve always dreamt of seeing just that… the happiness, loving glances, and eternal joy in the person I’m photographing. This session was just that, stolen glances, smiles all around, and acts of affection that will light up the room!
